As a general laborer, you’ll be hands on assisting in various activities.

Key Responsibilities

General physical labor
Operate and maintain construction equipment
Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures
Communicate clearly and work well in a team
Travel to job sites as needed
Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance and operations
Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs and completing field tickets
Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
- This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules.
Prior oil & gas experience a plus

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Ability to work in the outdoors, all types of weather, physically demanding environments
Physical stamina, ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects

12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
